Lane's family moved to Aledo in 2003. He soon saw Fish Creek as an opportunity to use his skills and become an entrepreneur. The Fish Creek location had been riddled with failed restaurants. Joe's determination to succeed was put to the test! Lane had no money but, his business plan was impressive and a businesspartner shared his vision. Years of hard work and determination has paid off! Joe has re-energized the restaurant and is now the sole owner of one of the most successful restaurants in Parker County.
